Dining at St. Olaf
Chefs at Bon Appetit, our campus food service, create a restaurant-style experience where choice and freshness abound. Entree offerings range from Midwestern favorites to pan-Asian and South American cuisine. If your tastes tend to be more basic, multiple varieties of pizza, grilled chicken breast sandwiches and cheeseburgers are on the menu daily.
St. Olaf is committed to buying foods that are grown and produced locally, including vegetables and herbs from STOGROW, our student-run organic farm, meat and poultry raised without antibiotics or growth hormones, apples from an orchard just minutes from campus and dairy products supplied by Deja Moo, a collective of Midwestern, family-owned farms.
Campus Eateries
Stav Hall, our main dining facility, cooks up more than 70 entrees each week and a wide selection of desserts every day.
The Cage, our campus coffee shop and grill, offers all-day breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches and plate-sized cookies in a lively setting.
The Pause, the student entertainment center, is open for afternoon and late-night snacks — pizza and soft-serve are favorites.
