Jill Lynch '98 Career/Education: Having graduated from St. Olaf in 1998, Jill Lynch spent a year working for Robert Half International in the Twin Cities before becoming an admissions counselor at her alma mater in the summer of 1999. Jill has felt at home at St. Olaf since first stepping on the park-like grounds during her campus visit. While Olaf is a home away from home for her, she enjoys the opportunity her job gives her to travel to Colorado, Alaska and Texas. On the road, she likes to explore bookstores and coffee shops with local character, in addition to meeting with high school students.

"St. Olaf was always my dream college, so when it came time for me to choose a college, the decision was an easy one. The campus was beautiful, the people were friendly and the education was highly regarded."

Personal: Jill grew up in Lakeville, Minnesota. Since graduating from St. Olaf she has traveled internationally. The highlight was her trip with friend and colleague Jenny Howenstine '98 to Tromso, Norway, 250 miles from the Arctic Circle. Next summer she will spend two weeks in Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic. In her free time she enjoys reading, crocheting, being with friends and running. Having run a 15K and a 10-mile road race, she's priming herself to run a marathon.
