Career/Education: Sarah earned her B.A. in biopsychology and M.A. in education from Tufts University, where she was a track and field captain and six-time All-American. She began in her career in collegiate coaching, with stints at Tufts and Mount Holyoke College. After four years at St. Olaf coaching cross country and track, Sarah fell in love with the college and moved up the hill to the Admissions Office to work with prospective students and their families. She enjoys meeting bright, interesting young people and working with them throughout the admissions process.

"St. Olaf's tight-knit community is my favorite aspect of the college. Here, students are surrounded by friendly, smart, creative peers and are mentored by great faculty. The people are what make St. Olaf so special."

Personal: Sarah grew up in West St. Paul, Minnesota, and now lives in Burnsville with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, running, and cycling. She also volunteers with Pet Haven of MN, a nonprofit animal rescue organization, and is the proud owner of three rescued animals.
