Trey Williams '06Career/Education: Trey Williams is a 2006 St. Olaf graduate who double majored in sociology/anthropology and American Racial and Multicultural Studies (ARMS). While a student, he was dedicated to supporting others, as he had been supported in making the transition from high school to college. He was a resident assistant in his residence hall, as well as a writing assistant and group mentor for St. Olaf's Student Support Services. He also mentored high school students who were part of the TRiO program and was a member of the Cultural Union for Black Expression (CUBE), which promotes the values of diversity and inclusivity among the student body. A self-described sports fanatic, Trey played defensive back for the Oles football team all four years, was a sprinter for the varsity track team and an avid intramural kickball player.

"Besides the wonderful people whom I have met at St. Olaf, the two things that continue to impress me about the college are the drive for excellence and the support of the campus community."

Personal: Trey is from Pensacola, Florida. He spends his free time with his friends and family, bowling or playing dominoes and cards. He says his family, who has supported him in college and in life, is "the most important thing in the world" to him.
