- What was
your major and how has that played out into your life today?
Biology
and Mathematics – I enjoyed both subjects and
found a field that was a good meld of both sciences.
- Tell
us your favorite Ole memory.
Climbing out of the windows of Rand Hall and going down to
watch the soccer and baseball games; working at the bookstore;
sitting in the sun behind Thorson Hall on warm spring days.
- What
is your favorite alumni event?
Christmas Festival
- What do you consider your
greatest achievement that St. Olaf has played a part in?
Going on to graduate school and obtaining my Masters of Science
degree.
- Why do you support St. Olaf College?
St.
Olaf has been a part of my life since I was a small child. My
grandparents, aunts, uncles, parents and sister all went there
and/or worked there. I had a great experience there and
I think it is an amazing place to learn and grow as a college
student.
- What do you hope to accomplish on the Alumni
Board?
To help grow the bond between alumni and the
college.
- Any advice you have for current students?
Enjoy,
soak up everything you can at St. Olaf, the real world isn’t
nearly as interesting or as warm.
