All guests are invited for lunch on the campus green, where Bon Appetit food service will feature a local harvest feast. The menu will feature local produce, meats, and ingredients from southern Minnesota. Nearly all food, serving ware, and supplies from the meal will be compostable, making it a zero-waste event.
