If you will be flying, you should fly to Roanoke Regional Airport if at all possible.
We will be running a shuttle from the airport to campus at regular intervals on

The most convenient and economical way for participants to attend the conference will
be for them to stay in Gaines Residence Hall and take meals in the Evans
Dining Hall on the Washington and Lee Campus. Gaines is a very pleasant
air-conditioned facility, arranged in suites. An exercise room is
available for your use on the ground floor. Furthermore, the meals in
Evans Dining Hall will be catered for this conference and will be quite
beyond the normal offerings of a university dining hall. The charge for
this will be an additional $120, due at registration. Each participant
can have a single occupancy room in a suite, sharing a bathroom with up
to three other participants. For an additional $7 per night,
participants may elect to have a private bathroom.
