- Lodging/Meal Information
On campus housing will be at the Shearer Hall dormitory in the center of campus with meals served in the Student Union Building. A map of campus can be found at Campus Map . Rooms are available the day before and day after the conference at no additional charge. Please advise early if you need such accommodation. Most participants will be housed in Shearer Hall where rooms are arranged in "quads." The rooms in the quads are singles and there are four per
quad. Each quad has a common area and two bathrooms. There's also a
small kitchenette. Arrangements in other dormitories is not identical, but we anticipate most all housing will be in Shearer.
The normal combined fee for dormitory lodging and on-campus ( Student Union Building) meal plan for the four nights of June 23-26 is $70 for registered participants and $140 for nonparticipants.
If a guest of a participant is not staying in the dormitory, but
wishes to take meals on campus and attend the banquet , the charge is $100. Additional banquet tickets are available at a cost of $35.
Please note that there is no hospital on campus, nor are there any medical personnel on campus. If you have any medical condition that you would like to inform the conference director about, please email me at this address (Professor Pat Reardon) or contact me upon arrival at the conference.
