1996: Graduated B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
1996-98: Was an assistant football coach for St. Olaf College.
1996-99: Named assistant ski coach and Buck Hill ski team assistant coach.
1998-99: Became assistant football coach at Concordia-St. Paul.
2000
: Graduated M.A. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
1999-00: Was University of Minnesota graduate assistant football coach.
2000-03: Became University of Minnesota assistant football coach.
2003-05: Was the city of Minneapolis parks and recreation department recreation director.
2005-Present: St. Olaf College director of intramural and club sports.
2006-Present: St. Olaf College director of skiing and head men's and women's alpine coach.

Kevin Cook graduated from St. Olaf in 1996 with a B.A. in Psychology, and in 2000 earned his M.A. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. He was a three-time All-American, captain, and four-time letter winner for the St. Olaf ski team. He won the US Ski Team Sportsmanship Award and was a two-time US Nationals competitor. He also earned three All-Conference honors in football and was twice named All-Region.

He is currently in his seventh season (2012-13) coaching at St. Olaf and has led the team to the USCSA President's Cup Trophy for the last five years.

Cook lives in Dundas with his wife Traci, daughter Chloe and son William.
