AT ST. OLAF
2011 (Junior) - Was named the MIAC's Pitcher of the Year, becoming the ninth player to earn league MVP honors since 1999 - outfielder/infielder Tyler Jones (2010), infielder/pitcher Todd Mathison (2009), pitcher Eric Tobias (2006), pitcher Charlie Ruud (2002), infielder Brian Sprout (1999, 2000, 2001), pitcher Charlie Brookins (2000)... Was 7-1 with a 2.50 ERA... Struck out 83 against 19 walks in 57 2/3 innings... Went 5-1 with a 1.40 ERA in MIAC play... Had three complete games, two shutouts and at least 10 strikeouts in five of his 10 appearances... Led team in wins (7), innings (57.2), strikeouts (83)... Held left-hand hitters to a .185 average (10-for-54)... Struck out 12 and walked none in a two-hit complete game win against Edgewood on March 18... Had 13 strikeouts and a walk in a three-hit shutout of Saint Mary's University on April 2... Had 10 and 11 strikeouts in league wins over Saint John's on April 9 and Hamline on April 17... Joined Duluth (Northwoods League) on June 1... Pitched six scoreless innings, allowing two hits while striking out eight, to get the win, in season debut victory over St. Cloud.

2010 (Sophomore) - Went 6-5 with a 5.51 ERA... Appeared in 17 games, including nine starts... Threw six complete games... Had 60 strikeouts against 20 walks... Joined the Duluth Huskies of the Northwoods League for the summer, going 2-3 with a 2.50 ERA in 15 appearances... Was an All-Star... Struck out the only two batters he faced in the All-Star Game... Had two saves for the Huskies... Struck out 49 and walked 20 in 57 2/3 innings.

2009 (First Year) - Went 3-0 with a 5.10 ERA in 47.2 innings pitched... made 11 appearances, including 9 starts... threw a complete game allowing only 1 run in the Oles' 19-1 win over University of St. Thomas on May 10.

AT BLAKE HIGH SCHOOL
Earned All-State honors... All-Conference junior and senior year... Voted team MVP senior year... Three-time varsity letterwinner... Went 5-3 with a save and a 1.54 ERA in 63.2 innings in final season... Earned two varsity letters in hockey.
