Kurt Anderson is entering his 22nd season as an assistant baseball coach at St. Olaf in 2011. Coach Anderson serves as both the outfielders coach and JV head coach. Anderson is also the head men's soccer coach, and has twice been named the MIAC's Soccer Coach of the Year.

He is a 1972 graduate of Augustana College in Illinois, and Anderson earned an M.S. in physical education from Drake University. He oversees the coaching certification program as a member of the department of physical education.

Kurt and his wife Barb reside in Northfield and have two children, Karl and Signe.
