Matt Eppen joined the St. Olaf men's basketball staff in 2008-09 after an 11-year stint at New Richland-Heartland-Ellendale-Geneva High School, where he spent the last nine seasons as the boys' head coach. He is a native of Lake City, Minn., and a 1996 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. He is now a social studies teacher at Burnsville High School where he also coaches football.
