The Tostrud Center

The Tostrud Center, a state-of-the-art recreation and fitness center, boasts an aerobics training facility, cutting-edge exercise machines, a weight-training facility, an elevated walking and jogging ring, a six-lane, 200-meter track, five tennis courts and a 48-foot-high rock-climbing wall. Tostrud hosted the 2005 NCAA Division III wrestling championships and, in 2006, will welcome the NCAA Division III Indoor Track Championships. The 95,000-square foot facility hosts practices for many of the fall sports in inclimate weather and spring teams in the early months of spring.
