Justin Lerfald is in his fourth season at St. Olaf in 2009. His coaching career began in 1999 at UW-River Falls where he served as the offensive line coach. He received a bachelor's degree from UW-River Falls and a master's in sports management from Rochville University (Md.). Lerfald and his wife Heather live in Lonsdale with their son Brody and daughter Avery.
