Assistant coach Pat Cullen will be in his fourth season in the 2012-13 year. Cullen, who was on staff at St. Olaf from 2004-05, rejoined the St. Olaf men's hockey program in 2010 after a five-year stint as the head coach of the Owatonna Express of the North Amercan Hockey League.

A graduate of Bemidji State University and native of Internatinal Falls, Minn., Cullen had coaching stints at Thief River Falls High School, Hamline University, St. Olaf and for three junior hockey franchises: Owatonna, Rochester and Mason City.
