Women's hockey ties with Hamline

ST. PAUL, Minn. - St. Olaf and Hamline University skated to a 1-1 MIAC women's hockey tie on Saturday night.
The Pipers (2-3-3, 1-3-2 MIAC) took a 1-0 lead on Rachel Deick's goal at 01:27 of the first.
An unassisted goal from St. Olaf's Katie Moeller at 10:37 of the first tied the score at 1-1.
The game remained into overtime, leaving the final score at 1-1.
The Oles (2-8-1, 2-3-1 MIAC) outshot Hamline 39-22, while Erin McNamara's 21 saves helped keep St. Olaf afloat.
St. Olaf next plays University of St. Thomas on Friday in St. Paul.
