Men's hockey completes sweep of Royals

BLAINE, Minn. - Britton Smith had two goals and two assists as the St. Olaf men's hockey team completed a two-game MIAC sweep of Bethel University with a 7-2 win on the road Saturday night.

Peter Rohn, Charlie Raskob and Smith scored in the game's first 20-plus minutes to give the Oles (9-7-3, 3-4-3 MIAC) a 3-0 lead. After Bethel's Chris Fiala scored a power-play goal midway through the second, the Oles scored three unanswered to seal the win.

Raskob had two goals as well as the Oles won their fourth in a row.

St. Olaf plays the University of St. Thomas next weekend in the first of three remaining regular season series.
