Ole women second at MIAC swimming championships

MINNEAPOLIS - The St. Olaf women's swimming and diving team took the top three spots in the 200 Breast to highlight the final night and second place finish at the MIAC swimming and diving championships at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.
First year Maggie Boling won the 200 Breast in 2:23.32, while teammates Lindsey Lee (2:23.83) and Alli Beardsley (2:24.21) were close behind in second and third. Each time was a NCAA B cut.
The Oles were second with 668 points, behind champion Gustavus (792). The Oles' second place finish was the best since 2008.
