Men's tennis team earns ITA's All-Academic Team honor, five Oles are scholar-athletes

The St. Olaf men's tennis team compiled a 3.64 GPA to earn Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic team honors, while five Oles earned the association's Scholar-Athlete award.

St. Olaf was one of 43 NCAA Division III institutions to earn the award.

John Wight, Knute Gunderson, Charlie Reinertsen, Robert Mitchell and Ryan Abdella earned the individual honor for St. Olaf, meeting the ITA's criteria of being a varsity letterwinner while maintaining a GPA of 3.50 or greater during the current academic year.
