NORTHFIELD, Minn. - No. 16 St. Olaf had each of its scoring runners in the top 18, including Emma Lee's third place finish, as the host Oles won the St. Olaf Invitational on Saturday.

The Oles had a strong finish to edge out Carleton College and Division II No. 10 University of Minnesota Duluth. The 16-team field included five NCAA Division II teams.

St. Olaf's depth was the deciding factor in the meet. The Oles put their top ten in front of both Carleton and UMD's fifth runner.

Christine Muller (22:48) was fifth overall, Rachel Dean (23:09) eighth, Sophie Pietrick (23:16) 12th and Maren Westby (23:29) 18th.

Becca Bevans finished 23rd and Emma Larson 28th. Lauren Carlson, Moriah Novacinski, and Hannah Dennis rounded out the Ole top ten finishers.

The Oles are off next weekend.
