Rosenthal scores twice as Oles upend Elmhurst 3-0

ELMHURST, Ill. - David Rosenthal had two goals and Harry Ullmann made eight saves as St. Olaf upended host Elmhurst College 3-0 in a non-conference men's soccer game on Saturday night.

Blake Dressen scored the Oles' first goal in the 30th minute, unassisted. Rosenthal then made it 2-0 on a header on a long feed from Kenzie Lund at the 36:51 mark. Rosenthal added insurance with his tally at 60:35 on a pass from Stephen Johnson.

Elmhurst (4-2-0) had a 18-13 advantage in shots and a 8-6 edge in corners, but Ullmann made five of his eight saves in the first half to earn the shutout win.
