HASTINGS, Minn. - Molly Erickson fired a 77, her second in as many days, to win the individual crown by two strokes and help St. Olaf to the team title at the ACM Invitational on Sunday at Bellwood Golf Club.
Erickson's two-round 154 is a school record while the rounds of 77 each rank third in school history.
Erickson's final round 77 was one of four at 81 or better on the final day for the Oles, who had the best team score by 17 shots on the final day. Maxine Carlson (82-80, 162, 4th) and Linde Sundell (84-80, 164, 5th) each turned in 80's on the final day while Molly Knutson (84-81, 165, 6th) pulled in an 81.
The event was the team's final tuneup for the MIAC Championships, which begin on Saturday at Bunker Hills Golf Course in Coon Rapids, Minn.
