Howard named MIAC player of the week

ST. PAUL, Minn.- Senior forward Lindsay Howard was named the MIAC women's soccer player of the week after setting the career school records for goals and points.

Howard scored her 35th career goal on Saturday in a 4-0 win over St. Catherine's, breaking Kelsey Watt's school mark of 34.

After her strong performances in leading the Oles to a 1-0-1 week, Howard also became St. Olaf's career leader in points with 86, again breaking Watt's record of 83.

Howard leads the team in goals (6) and assists (4), as the Oles are off to a 8-0-1 start and have won their first four MIAC games.
