NEW ORLEANS - The St. Olaf women's cross country team jumped ahead two more spots this week to No. 11 in the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) top 35 poll, which was released on Wednesday. The Oles have been ranked in all six of the weekly polls this season.

St. Olaf was ranked No. 13 last week and No. 14 two weeks ago. The Oles had a strong performance at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational last Saturday, where they finished 4th of 43 teams, behind No. 2 Washington University in St. Louis, No. 5 MIT, and No. 8 Calvin College.

The Oles will take on No. 23 Carleton College and the rest of the MIAC teams at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29 at Como Park in St. Paul, Minn.
