Nicoll's second goal gives Oles win in overtime

SUPERIOR, Wis. - Jack Nicoll scored his second goal at the 1:42 mark of overtime as St. Olaf skated past UW-Superior 6-5 in a non-conference men's hockey game on Friday night at Wessman Arena.

Nicoll's first goal gave St. Olaf a 5-4 lead with 5:00 left in regulation. The Yellowjackets' Andy Singerhouse tied the game 1:53 later to send the game to the extra session.

Peter Rohn had a goal and three assists for the Oles (2-0-1), who had a 25-save victory from Ben Leis in net. Charlie Raskob added a goal and two assists and Blake Matejcek two assists in the win.

UW-Superior (1-1-1) had a two-goal night from Bob Roseland in the loss.
