NORTHFIELD, Minn. - St. Olaf scored three defensive touchdowns, and Leon Clark rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown as the host Oles finished the 2011 campaign with a 49-34 win over Concordia College-Moorhead at Manitou Field.

The Oles' Andrew Lockrem returned an interception 40 yards for a score in the first quarter and the Oles had two fumble recoveries for touchdowns - Micah Johnson's 85-yarder in the third quarter and Zac Lundgren's from 45 yards late in the fourth.

Lockrem's interception and score gave St. Olaf a 14-0 lead. The teams traded scores the rest of the way as Concordia quarterback Michael Dunham sneaked for the Cobbers' first score and later connected with Chris Gilson for a 73-yard score.

St. Olaf junior quarterback Dan Dobson was 17-for-27 for 187 yards and three touchdowns against one interception. Jake Schmiesing was on the other end of two of Dobson's scoring strikes and Tim Bauer the other.

The Cobbers had a pair of big plays that kept them in the game in the second half. Down 28-13 after Johnson's scoop-and-score, Concordia's Bryce Hentges returned the ensuing kickoff 86 yards for a touchdown. After Bauer's TD made it 35-20, Dunham found Gilson for the long touchdown.
