Stang takes a first place finish

INDIANHEAD, Mich. - Senior Nick Stang finished with both a first and fourth place in his first Mid-Am slalom races of the year Indianhead, Mich.

Max Lund placed ahead of Stang on Day 1 with a second place finish. Freshman teammate Haakon Schonheyder also finished in the top five. Paal Proitz came in at 9th followed by a 12th place finish by Jack Stang.

Day 2 included Stang's win and a fourth place finish by Schonheyder. Proitz came in at 16th.

The Oles travel to Steamboat Springs, Colo. next weekend for a USCSA Race.
