Softball wins twice

FORT MEYERS, Fla. - The St. Olaf softball team beat Worcester State 11-3 and Smith College 10-0 on Monday afternoon.
St. Olaf 11, Worcester State 3 Jess Wilson went 4-for-4 with a double and a homer, to go with four RBIs, and Mackenzie Wolter and Kayla Gronli each were 3-for-4 in the win for St. Olaf.
The Oles scored five times in the fourth inning to blow open the game.
St. Olaf 10, Smith College 0 Wilson hit a grand slam in the third inning and Maggie Scholer was 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs as the Oles won a run-rule game.
Danielle Collins struck out six, allowing only one hit and two walks, to get the five-inning complete game win.
