Oles finish strong at Falcon Invitaional

RIVER FALLS, Wis. - Junior Ellen Hawley won the 400-meter hurdles in her second career attempt on Saturday at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invitational.

Hawley's earned her first place finish with a time of 67.89.

Sophomore Elise Raney and freshman Dani Larson both jumped 1.60-meters in their four way tie for second place in the high jump.

Larson broke into the Olaf records with a 15.83 in the 100-meter hurdles and a 26.38 finish in the 200-meter dash.

The Oles finished the weekend with a total of 29 personal records between both the Jim Duncan and Falcons Invitationals.

The Oles will complete at home in the Manitou Classic on Saturday at 11 a.m. and continue their busy schedule on Wednesday, April 25th at the Hamline Twilight Meet.
