Oles receive votes in season-opening D3football.com Top 25 poll

MINNEAPOLIS - St. Olaf was among those receiving votes in the preseason FBC D3football.com Top 25 poll, which was released on Monday.

St. Olaf was ranked as high as No. 19 in 2011 as the Oles went 8-2 for the fourth time in since 2005. St. Olaf has been at or above .500 for each of the last eight seasons (56-24) and 11 of the last 12.

The Oles open the 2012 campaign at Luther College on September 1 at 2 p.m. St. Olaf has won 17 straight non-conference games, dating to 2003.
