Jogenson named head nordic skiing coach

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Tom Jorgenson, a 2011 graduate of St. Olaf, has been named head nordic skiing coach. Jorgenson, a two-time captain during his collegiate career at St. Olaf, spent 2011-12 as a volunteer coach for the program.

Jorgenson was a United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSSA) champion in 2008 and 2010. He was a USCSA All-Academic honoree and finished eighth at the NCAA Central Region in the 20km classic race.
