Women's soccer gets 2-0 win at Gustavus

ST. PETER, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's soccer team defeated Gustavus Adolphus College 2-0 on Wednesday afternoon in the MIAC opener for each school.

Each of the Oles' goals were own goals, inside a 56-second stretch late in the first half.

Nora Forbes made five saves in net to get the victory. The Oles held a 13-8 advantage in shots and had five corners to the Gusties' one.

St. Olaf goes on the road again on Saturday, with a MIAC game at Saint Mary's University.
