Wintheiser wins St. Olaf Invite, Oles second

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - St. Olaf sophomore Grant Wintheiser won the St. Olaf Inviatational to help the Oles to a second place finish in the 21-team meet on Saturday.

Wintheiser finished 10 seconds ahead of MSU-Mankato's Josiah Swanson with a time of 25:36.0. MSU-Mankato won the meet, with four runners in the top eight.

No. 16 St. Olaf had all five scorers in the top 25 of the 295-runner field. Stefan Lemke was 17th (26:49.1), Evan Olson 20th (26:50.8), Calvin Lehn 22nd (26:52.5) and Tim Lillehaugen 23rd (26:54.6).
