Women's cross country third at Minnesota's Roy Griak Invite

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The No. 11 St. Olaf women's cross country team, led by Jorden Johnson and Emma Lee's eighth and ninth place finishes, was third at the 29-team Roy Griak Maroon III race at the University of Minnesota on Saturday.

Johnson came in a 22:36.4 and Lee at 22:42.7 as St. Olaf had all five of its scoring runners in the top 45. Rachel Dean was 24th (23:45.3), Meggie Exner 30th (23:58.2) and Moriah Novacinski 45th (24:13.7).

No. 13 UW-Eau Claire narrowly won the event with 95 points, while No. 10 Wartburg was second with 108 and the Oles third with 116. No. 26 Lewis and Clark was fourth, UW-La Crosse fifth and UW-Stevens Point sixth.
