ST. PAUL, Minn. - St. Olaf senior quarterback Dan Dobson was named the MIAC's offensive player of the week on Monday after he led the Oles to a 38-35 win at Saint John's on Saturday.

Dobson threw for 389 yards and five touchdowns in the win. The five scoring throws make him the all-time leader in career touchdown passes at St. Olaf with 53, moving him in front of Matt Penz (2004-07). He also moved past Penz in career completions to No. 2 on the Oles' all-time list. Dobson has 438 and needs 84 to tie Brian Senske (2000-03) for the lead.

Dobson leads the league -- in conference games -- in completions, completion percentage, yards and is second in passing touchdowns.
