Ole women give up late goal to St. Ben's in a 1-1 tie

BLAINE, Minn - Nicole Stumpf scored the Ole's lone goal as they skated to a 1-1 tie with St. Ben's in a non-conference women's hockey game on Saturday afternoon.

Stumpf scored midway through the second on assists from Devyn Hotho and Kelly McGarvey to give the Ole women a 1-0 lead going into the third.

St. Ben's tied the game up with two minutes left in the third on a goal from Ashley Olson.

Neither team was able to score in overtime, as the game ended in a 1-1 tie.

St. Olaf goalie Sam Ubl finished the game with 22 saves

St. Olaf plays again this Friday night against Concordia College-Moorhead
