Cecka, Harris lead Oles to victory

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Dan Cecka had two goals and two assists, while Jeff Harris had a goal and two assists as St. Olaf defeated Saint Mary's University 5-1 in a MIAC men's hockey game on Saturday night at Northfield Ice Arena.

Henrik Wood had 30 saves to get the win for the Oles (5-6-1, 4-2-0 MIAC), who snapped a three-game losing streak in the process.

Cecka had the game's first and last goals, and he assisted on a pair of second period scores. Jeff Harris gave St. Olaf a 2-0 lead early in the second, while brother Kevin scored later in the period.

Matt Guerts also scored for St. Olaf, which has a 33-day layoff before playing its next game.
