Oles storm Canada and dominate Mid-AM FIS races

THUNDER BAY, CANADA - Junior Katie Ulvestad led the St. Olaf women's alpine ski team this weekend with three top five individual finishes at the Giant Slalom races this weekend at the Loch Lomond FIS competition.

Ulvestad placed second in the first Giant Slalom, fourth in the second Giant Slalom, and first in both Slalom races. Teammate Madison McLachlan made her way to the podium finishing third in the first Giant Slalom race.

The Oles compete next weekend at Mt. LaCrosse in Wisconsin for a USCSA College race.
