Oles compete at Tour de Twin Cities

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The St. Olaf Nordic Ski team raced in the 10K Free this past weekend in a race that boasted 189 entrants. Liam John led the Oles, placing 73rd at Wirth Park.

A total of ten St. Olaf skiers participated in the event. In addition to John's 73rd place time of 24:27.2, the Oles had Joel Bransky finish in the top half of the field with a time of 25:15.0, good for 89th place.

In the 20K event, seven Oles competed out of a field of 129, with John once again pacing the team with a time of 55:11.0, good for 79th place.

The Oles compete next Saturday in the CCSA Qualifying Race at Giant's Ridge, Minn.
