Weiss sets meet record at second day of MIAC's

MINNEAPOLIS - Meghan Weiss set a new meet record in the 200 Free on day two of the 2013 MIAC Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota Aquatics Center.

Finishing second behind Weiss (1:50.71) was St. Olaf teammate Maddie Lee (1:53.11).

The Oles' 800 Free Relay team took first with a time of 7:54.35.

Carolyn Bernhardt captured second place for St. Olaf in two events, the 100 Back (56.58) and the 200 Medley Relay (1:45.66), which she swam with Megan Gaylord, Lydia Feldman, and Weiss.

Feldman also took third in the 100 Butterfly (58.60).

The Oles maintained third place in the meet, finishing day two with 399 points.
