St. Olaf men finish 16th in slalom

SUN VALLEY, Idaho - St. Olaf was 16th in the men's slalom competition at the United States Ski and Snowboard Association Championships on Friday.

Nathan Olson was the Oles' top finisher in the event, placing 33rd with times of 56.55 and 52.17.

St. Olaf finished 10th in the USCSA combined alpine team results.

St. Olaf placed second in the President's Cup (combination alpine and nordic ski teams) and had two USCSA All-American skiers: Haakon Schonheyder (1st Team GS) and Paal Proitz (2nd Team GS).
