Baseball loses twice on Sunday

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - DePauw University swept St. Olaf 6-5 and 9-2 in a non-conference baseball doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.

Game One: DePauw 6, St. Olaf 5
St. Olaf took a 5-4 lead on a two-run homer by Adam Johnson in the third inning, but DePauw scored once in the third and once in the fourth and held on for a 6-5 win.

St. Olaf, which raced to a 3-0 first inning lead on three hits and a walk, made three errors and gave the Tigers two unearned runs in a three-run second inning.

Game Two: DePauw 9, St. Olaf 2
DePauw scored four in the first inning and five in the second on the way to the 9-2 win and sweep. Three Tigers had two hits.

Kap Davis went 2-for-2 with a walk and Nate Marshall worked four scoreless innings of relief for St. Olaf in the loss.
