Johnson leads Ole women at Hamline Twilight

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Jorden Johnson won the 5000 meter run to lead the St. Olaf Women's Track & Field team at Wednesday's Hamline Twilight Meet in St. Paul.

Behind Johnson (18:27.07), fellow Oles Michaela Banz (18:51.95) and Emma Larson (19:09.75) took second and fifth place, respectively.

In the 1500 meter run, Moriah Novacinski finished second with a time of 4:57.33, while Amanda Leone (5:07.21) took fifth place.

Megan Holmes' time of 2:23.73 earned her second place in the 800 meter run.

In the high jump, Dani Larson finished second with a height of 1.69 meters, while Elise Raney took third (1.60m). Larson also took third in the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.59) and fifth in the 100 meter hurdles (15.63).

The Oles 4x400 meter relay team of Ellen Hawley, Novacinski, Ann Govig, and Larson finished second with a time of 4:07.46.

In the 3000 meter steeplechase, Meggie Exner took third with a time of 12:14.79, while Lauren Carlson finished fourth in 12:20.43.

The 4x100 meter relay team took fifth with a time of 52.36.
