Lee earns All-America honors with sixth place run in 10,000

La CROSSE, Wis. - St. Olaf senior distance runner Emma Lee ran to a sixth place, All-America finish in the 10,000-meter run at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Thursday.

Lee finished the race in 35:57.12, which was within a second of her May 11 MIAC-winning time (35:56.83). Her season-best came at the Drake Relays, when she posted a 35:39.11.

The Oles' Becca Bevans also ran in the race and Dani Larson competed in the prelims of the 400-meter hurdles. Larson finished in 1:03.78, but did not make the event's final.

Larson is scheduled to compete in the high jump on Friday.
