Ole volleyball swept by Carleton

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Carleton College defeated the visiting St. Olaf volleyball team 25-20, 26-24 and 25-17 on Saturday afternoon in a MIAC rivalry match at West Gym.

St. Olaf found themselves leading 24-19 in the second set, but Carleton managed to mount a comeback and scored seven straight points to clinch the set.

Rachel Johnson had 11 kills and only two errors for Carleton (1-9 MIAC, 12-13 overall).

St. Olaf (1-9 MIAC, 7-19 overall) will play their final non-conference regular season match on Wednesday evening against Crown College, a team they defeated 3-0 on August 30. Play will begin at 7 p.m. in St. Bonifacius, Minn.
