Lee wins twice as women's swimming and diving competes at Carleton

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Maddie Lee won two events and picked up another top-three finish as the St. Olaf women's swimming and diving team competed at a multi-dual meet at Carleton on Friday night.

The event featured Division II MSU-Moorhead, Carleton and St. Catherine. St. Olaf picked up victories over Carleton (208-88) and St. Catherine (208-87), but the Dragons outswam St. Olaf 180-120.

St. Olaf highlights
Lee won the 200 freestyle (1:58.39), 500 free (5:21.32) and was third in the 100 individual medley.

Carolyn Bernhardt won the 50 butterfly (27.53), was runner up in the 50 backstroke, third in the 100 backstroke (1:01.78),

Abbey Schnaith won the 100 free (54:35) and finished second in the 100 butterfly (1:02.63).

Alli Maxwell-Bumann was the Oles' other individual winner of the night, taking first in the 1000 freestyle in 11:12.67.
