Women's cross country gets at-large bid to NCAA's

INDIANAPOLIS - The St. Olaf women's cross country team, which finished third at Saturday's NCAA Division III Central Region Championships, was selected as an at-large team for next Saturday's NCAA DIvision III Championships.
The race will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday in Hanover, Ind.
The Oles were one of 16 at large teams selected from the nation's eight regions. St. Olaf finished as the runner up at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2 behind individual champion Noelle Olson and runner up Jorden Johnson. The duo finished second and fourth at the regional on Saturday.
The NCAA appearance is the sixth straight and 21st in program history. St. Olaf was eighth last season at the NCAA's and 10th in 2011.
