Upset-minded Oles upended by No. 2 UW-Stevens Point

STEVENS POINT, Wis. - Second-ranked UW-Stevens Point used a 25-5 run in the second half to run away from upset-minded St. Olaf, which trailed by two at halftime, in a men's basketball game on Wednesday night.
Tyler Tillema had a game-best 30 points for UW-Stevens Point, going 5-of-7 from the arc. The Pointers (4-0) shot 62.5 percent from long-range in the victory, making 15-of-24.
Connor Gunderson had 17 points for St. Olaf (2-2, 0-0 MIAC) in the 88-66 loss. Gunderson went 6-for-10 from the field and 4-of-6 from the free throw line. The Oles were a perfect 12-for-12 from the line in the first half but made only six trips in the second, making three.
Trevor Hass added 22 points and Clayton Heuer 15 for the Pointers (4-0), ranked second in the latest D3hoops.com Top 25 poll.
