Ole men roll at Macalester

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Charlie Aslesen had a game-best 23 points off the bench as St. Olaf rolled to a 96-57 MIAC men's basketball win at Macalester College on Wednesday night.

The game was tied with eight minutes left in the first half before Aslesen scored 12 points in the final 3:31 of the frame. St. Olaf led 45-25 at the break.

The Oles (9-4, 6-2 MIAC) forced 27 Macalester turnovers and shot 54.0 percent from the floor in the win.

Macalester was led by Kareem Ismail's 14 points and nine rebounds. Justin Pahl added 15 points, Josh Pratt 13 and Riley Aeikens 11 in for St. Olaf.
