Women's basketball makes it three straight with win over Royals

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Kim Cerjan had 15 of her game-best 21 in the first half as St. Olaf beat Bethel University 69-57 in a MIAC women's basketball game on Monday night at Skoglund Center.
Elise Raney added 10 points, nine rebounds and four blocks for the Oles, who have won three in a row. Rachel Parupsky had a team-high 19 points and three blocks for Bethel (11-3, 9-2 MIAC).
St. Olaf (9-5, 7-4 MIAC) led by as many as 13 in the first half and had a 39-30 advantage at the break. Bethel was as close as two, at 43-41 with 14:35 left, before St. Olaf used a 7-0 run to take a 50-41 lead.
The Oles limited Bethel to 3-for-26 shooting from 3-point range. St. Olaf was 7-of-16, led by Cerjan who went 4-for-7.
